Quick snapshot of a typical day in the program.
We meet each day at 3:15 pm in the cafeteria. Kids are seated with peers in their grade, distanced and masked at all times. We also do temp checks as they enter the cafeteria each day. We use 3:15-4:00 for homework or free time. We have art supplies and all school supplies they should need for homework. At around 4:00pm each day we head outside, have snacks and then break into groups by grade. We do a different set of guided agility drills each day except for Friday. Friday is Free Friday. After drills, we break out into smaller groups for free play, basic sports drills such as basketball, touch football, soccer, etc. depending on the season. Some kids choose drills, some choose free play or a combination of both. Snacks are provided and we ask that they bring a water bottle and mask each day.
Our program encourages lots of activity, motion and outdoor play. You can pick up each day by parking in the teacher parking lot and checking out on the sport courts. On bad weather days we will be right up the ramp at the glass doors to the cafeteria. You will receive an email from KidKiosk with your PIN number that you will use for pickup each day. The system will also alert you each day when roll is called that your child has checked into the program and another notification when your child is picked up. We close at 6pm but you may pick up at any time.
